When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Workspace & Usage Data

We store the business profile information you provide (niche, offer, target audience, platforms, goals) to personalize AI outputs. We also store content generated by you through our tools (scripts, hooks, plans, etc.).

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment data per their own Privacy Policy.

Usage & Technical Data

We collect data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the Service and diagnose issues.

Affilio AI uses the OpenAI API to generate AI responses. When you use AI features, your prompts and workspace context are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI processes this data per their Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train OpenAI models.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers powered by Base44 infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., billing records).
